Founder / CEO
Lionel lives and works in the Netherlands, but his heart belongs to Curaçao. Through The Caribbean Life, he shares the island’s beauty, warmth and culture. Every experience brings him closer to his roots—and you closer to the real Curaçao.
Operations & Guest Experience
Lily looks after each excursion from beginning to end. With an eye for detail and a love of hospitality, she makes guests feel at home wherever they are on the island.

Anthony connects The Caribbean Life with local entrepreneurs. He brings activities and special places to our guests and helps our community grow through creativity and collaboration.
